The Winnipeg Jets faced the visiting St. Louis Blues at Canada Life Centre April 7.
The Jets earned a 3-1 victory in front of the home town crowd. Winnipeg’s Josh Morrissey scored the games opening goal in the second period. Kyle Connor scored the Jets second goal of the game in the third, which was followed up by an empty net goal by Jets Mark Scheifele late in the third period.
The Jets continue to lead the National Hockey League in points.
Winnipeg will host the visiting Edmonton Oilers at Canada Life Centre on Sunday, April 13.
